Impossible Journey

 

Impossible Journey is an animated short film that tackles the pressing issue of maternal healthcare in the U.S. Created by a predominantly female team, the film took over a year to complete, with production spanning Brazil and NYC. 

Each frame was carefully printed and hand-painted to reflect the protagonist's layered experiences. Every element of the animation carries metaphorical significance, mirroring the thoughtful construction of the entire project.
