To Find a Home

Sometimes things happen in society which is beyond the ken of children but it is they who are sometimes left behind to deal with the consequences. To Find a Home tells the story of two such children who go on a quest to discover a new home for themselves.

The time at which this has been set has been left non-specific but the architecture featured in the animation reminds me of Easter Island – and the moai like statues are certainly reminiscent of that culture.

To Find a Home is directed by Joe Le Huquet with music by Andrew Middleton and sound effects by Jake Evans. I suspect it is a student thesis piece, so will be asking the makers a little more about this and adding on to the post when I find out a little more!
