Project Honeymoon - Ken Discovers What Barbie has Been Up To in the Rainforest

Ah Barbie – the truth about you seems to be out at last.  You may not be aware of this but Mattel, Barbie’s creators, have supposedly been packaging their toys with cardboard made from destroyed rainforest.  Here, Ken is interviewed and is finally told about Barbie’s nefarious rainforest activities.  You can imagine his reaction, but it is much funnier if you watch the above (wonderfully made) video.

The video is part of a stylish worldwide movement mounted (known as Project Honeymoon) by Greenpeace against the El Segundo organization for allegedly using packaging derived from Indonesian rain forests to cover its Barbie dolls and additional toys. It makes it point wonderfully well, don’t you think?
