When Saturday comes, 8 year old Ben cherishes it. Sunday too he enjoys but by the time he is put to bed the thoughts of what will happen on Monday resurface and he cannot sleep.

The weekend gives Ben the opportunity to escape. But from what? When Monday comes, Ben faces hell once more. The weekend once again becomes a distant destination.

This touching and thought-provoking film reflects the dread faced by thousands of people every day, from every walk of life.  It was directed and produced By Mike Thomas and James Boughen, based on an idea by Chrill Hill. The score and sound design was by Jake Sanderson. The star of the piece is Ben Swindale, who really does bring a lot of pathos to the role.
