Animated Domino Stack Fall

If you are like me and you find dominoes a completely boring game then you will have come to the same conclusion about their greatest use a long time ago.  Yes, the best thing you can do with dominoes is to stack them - hopefully as many as possible - then give one of them a gentle push.  The pleasure to see the stacked dominoes fall is basic, but intense.

We are in the twenty first century, so why do the dominoes have to be real?  Stack them up virtually and you have the ability to do even more with them than is possible in the real world.  Here, animator akima has a lot more fun (at least different fun!) with dominoes than they would necessarily have in our world in an animated short film entitled These Stones Will Never Sleep.
